Job Description

Dialysis Registered Nurse Shift:
Variable shifts, 4 or 5 days a week, Sundays off. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Dialysis to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly in dialysis treatment, and will be committed to providing high-quality nursing care to patients with renal disease. Responsibilities Administer dialysis treatments to patients, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards. Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during treatment sessions. Perform patient assessments and document medical histories accurately. Collaborate with nephrologists and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, dietary restrictions, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in the management of complications related to dialysis treatment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to NCQA standards. Requirements Minimum 1-year previous dialysis nursing experience.
