You will ensure accurate, timely assessments that drive care planning and reimbursement, in compliance with federal regulations. Duties Conduct and coordinate each MDS assessment per 42 CFR 483.20 Set the Assessment Reference Date (ARD) and manage the schedule Complete and certify the MDS and Care Area Assessments (CAAs) Coordinate the interdisciplinary team for accurate coding Submit assessments to CMS (QIES ASAP / iQIES) within required time frames Support care planning from assessment findings Apply PDPM and accurate

coding Monitor accuracy, CASPER reports, and quality measures Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA Knowledge of the

MDS, RAI
