Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) . The OR RN will provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing outpatient surgical procedures. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, excellent teamwork abilities, and experience working in an operating room environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Serve as circulating nurse in the operating room. Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technicians to ensure safe patient care. Monitor patient condition and maintain sterile environment during procedures. Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Educate patients and families on pre-operative and post-operative care. Follow infection control, safety, and ASC protocols. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in MA. BLS and ACLS certification required. Minimum 2 years of Operating Room experience required. Ambulatory Surgery Center experience preferred. Strong knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative nursing practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
