At South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Rockland, we are dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents, and we are seeking a motivated and compassionate Graduate Nurse to join our team. As a Graduate Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a licensed nurse, providing care to our residents while awaiting the results of your NCLEX exam. Hourly rate ranges from $40 to $45 for LPNs and $42 to $47 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay! About the

Role:

As a Graduate Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Meeting the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident Maintaining current resident care plans on all residents under your care Following physician's orders and rendering complete nursing care Documenting comprehensive and complete nursing notes Visiting each resident daily to evaluate resident needs Maintaining accurate awareness of residents on alert list

Requirements:

Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date Can be for LPN or RN Must provide documentation from your nursing program showing your graduation date Must provide proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire
