  • 7:00 AM) Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions Administer medications, treatments, and injections safely and accurately Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members Supervise and support nursing assistants as needed Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Qualifications Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or Rehabilitation experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Compassionate, dependable, and committed to exceptional resident care Join a Team That Values You At Clifton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, we recognize that exceptional resident care begins with exceptional nurses.
