MAP Trainer RN Location:

Wakefield, MA Pay rate: $44 per hour

Hours:

Part-time, approximately 60 hours per month. Weekly hours will be flexible to meet Agency needs. Summary & Responsibilities The Registered Nurse MAP Trainer provides the Agency competent oversight of the MAP systems and ensures compliance with regulatory authorities. Conduct full MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification and recertification trainings as scheduled to meet the Agency's training needs. Proctor MAP testing for staff as needed (when other training staff aren't available to do so). Complete MAP audits at residential programs on a quarterly basis. Provide specialized training to employees as required by DDS. Qualifications Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) required Active Massachusetts MAP trainer Certification required.
