Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting patients through illness, injury, or recovery. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and policies. Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring the correct dosage and method of delivery. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected while also promoting their safety and comfort.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in nursing or a healthcare-related field Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a genuine desire to help others Strong communication skills , both written and verbal Ability to work well as part of a collaborative healthcare team
