Nurse Leader Position Summary Bi-County Collaborative is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a medically fragile preschool-aged student. The RN/ LPN will accompany the student during transportation to and from school and remain with the student throughout the school day to provide ongoing health monitoring, nursing care, and support to ensure safe participation in educational activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with medically complex children and demonstrate excellent communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
