09/13/2026 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Inpatient Psychiatry Unit at Waltham, a 12-bed, secure inpatient psychiatric unit. Key Responsibilities Providing nursing care to patients and families. Maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. Providing education to patients and families. Facilitating group therapies. Overseeing behavioral tech and counselor staff. 36 hours, day/evening rotating, occasional nights, every other weekend and rotating holidays.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
A bachelor's degree in nursing
Experience:
1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting. Inpatient and pediatric RN experience preferred. Charge nurse experience preferred. Licensure/Certifications Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse (RN) The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
