Role:

As a Graduate Nurse at The Tremont Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation and skilled nursing care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meeting the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident Maintaining current resident care plans Following physician orders and rendering care as needed Documenting comprehensive and complete nursing notes Collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic care Providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and colleagues

Education and Requirements:

Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date Can be an LPN or RN Must provide documentation from your nursing program showing your graduation date Must provide proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
