AM Job Duties:

rovide nursing care to adolescents ages 13-17 in an Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP). Perform nursing assessments and monitor clients for changes in physical, medical, or behavioral condition. Administer scheduled and PRN medications and maintain accurate medication documentation. Respond to medical concerns and behavioral emergencies as needed. Monitor clients during physical restraints, complete required documentation, and contact the psychiatrist or physician on call when appropriate. Support lab technicians with morning lab draws when required. Complete safety rounds, including "Signs of Life" and "Environment of Care" checks. Maintain and organize medication rooms, supply areas, charts, and clinical paperwork. Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy, clinical services, education, and direct-care staff. Support direct-care staff when clients require nursing assessment or behavioral intervention. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established policies and procedures. Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license . Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience . 2 years of psychiatric/behavioral health experience working with adolescents preferred. Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, mental health, residential treatment, or adolescent care strongly preferred. Strong medication administration and clinical assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be comfortable working in a locked adolescent behavioral health setting. Training /

Orientation:

Mandatory 1-week orientation/training, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM . Four shadow shifts with nursing staff. Additional required online training through Relias .

Current Shift Need:

Weekend availability preferred for 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM shifts. (
