Pride Health is hiring a RN - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Westborough, MA.

Westborough, MA; Coverage areas include Leominster and surrounding towns; Mileage reimbursed between patient visits per contract company.

Pay Range:

$52-$54/hour

• Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluate patient needs.
  
• Complete OASIS assessments and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  
• Provide patient-centered care while promoting safety, independence, and quality of life in the home setting.

Requirements:

• License(s): Active RN license
  
• Certification(s): BLS
  
• Years of experience: 1+
