Key Qualifications:
Active RN licensure in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced ER environmentPrimary Responsibilities:
Triage, assess, and provide urgent care to patients in the Emergency Department Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and hospital staff to deliver evidence-based care Respond to rapidly changing situations using sound clinical judgment Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress Support patient and family education throughout the care continuumBenefits and Perks:
