Jobs › Winchester, MA › Registered Nurse RespectAdultDayHealthCare LLC Registered Nurse Winchester, MA Apply The Registered Nurse will provide clinical oversight and direct nursing care to adult day health participants in an on-site setting located in Winchester, MA. We hire both FULL-TiME and
PART-TIME RN
to assess participants health status, developing and updating care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring vital signs. The nurse will coordinate with primary care providers, specialists, and internal team members to ensure continuity of care and accurate documentation. Daily responsibilities also include educating participants and caregivers on health conditions and wellness strategies, responding to changes in condition or emergencies, and supporting regulatory compliance and infection control practices. The Registered Nurse will collaborate closely with program staff to promote a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts. Experience in adult day health, geriatric care, long-term care, or community health settings preferred. Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and care planning abilities. Proficiency in documentation, basic computer use, and electronic health records. Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with participants, families, and multidisciplinary staff. Commitment to person-centered care, cultural sensitivity, and ethical professional practice. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and respond calmly in urgent situations. Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification and additional relevant certifications are a plus.
