This part-time position is ideal for an RN or LPN ready to make a meaningful impact in pediatric care. With an immediate start, youll work on Mondays and Fridays, accompanying and caring for a 3-year-old child with a tracheostomy and occasional ventilator needs during their school commute and day. Key Qualifications:

Current, active RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts required Prior school-based nursing experience essential Must be able to complete CORI and Fingerprinting background process Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care strongly preferred Open to both RNs and LPNsCNA and Medical Assistant certification not permitted

Primary Responsibilities:

Ride with the student in a van to and from school, ensuring safety and health needs are met Monitor, assess, and support a very active, ambulatory child throughout their school day Respond promptly to medical situations, including ventilator support if needed Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure seamless care Complete routine nursing documentation and communications as required
