Please note:

This position requires the ability to travel to multiple patient locations and provide care in patients' homes.

Qualifications Licensure:

Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of recent Homecare / Home Health experience.

Documentation:

High proficiency in OASIS assessments and care planning.

Certification:

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Travel:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle for field visits.

Autonomy:

Ability to work independently and effectively manage clinical time.

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, and regulatory documentation skills.
