Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ED setting. You'll perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization; administer medications and IV therapies; coordinate diagnostics and procedures; and respond to trauma and codes using

guidelines. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, safety, and experience. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based emergency care, including rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of diverse patient populations. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and ED protocols. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status, escalating changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate diagnostics, procedures, and ongoing care plans. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR in real time. Support trauma and code responses, following
