Job Description

Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ED setting. You'll perform rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization; administer medications and IV therapies; coordinate diagnostics and procedures; and respond to trauma and codes using
ACLS/BLS
guidelines. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes, safety, and experience. Ideal candidates bring strong clinical judgment, calm under pressure, and excellent communication skills, with a passion for mission-driven, patient-centered emergency care. Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based emergency care, including rapid assessment, triage, and stabilization of diverse patient populations. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per provider orders and ED protocols. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status, escalating changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate diagnostics, procedures, and ongoing care plans. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR in real time. Support trauma and code responses, following
ACLS/BLS/PALS
guidelines and hospital policies. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. Maintain strict infection prevention, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced ED environment. Precept and mentor new nurses and support staff as needed. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient flow, safety, and satisfaction.
