Nurse Navigator - Hematology Oncology

Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Nurse Navigator - Hematology Oncology located at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), in Bethesda, MD. The Nurse Navigator serves as a consistent care coordinator to eligible beneficiaries at the Murtha Cancer Center WRNMMC, ensuring timely access and seamless coordination of services throughout the continuum of cancer care. The Nurse Navigator will be an integral part of and professional member of the Interdisciplinary team promoting optimal patient care. Due to clearance requirements, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a T3/Secret clearance may be required. An active nursing license in the state of Maryland is required.
