Novus Physical Medicine and Pain Management is expanding and has the perfect opportunity for YOU. Partnered with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and life plan communities across the Mid-Atlantic region, Novus focuses on managing pain, functional rehabilitation, and recovery for patients with physical and cognitive impairments or disabilities. Novus offers a holistic and comprehensive approach that collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to restore function and maximize patient independence, whether it be during a short-term stay or long-term care. Novus Physical Medicine and Pain Management is offering a great opportunity to someone who wants to apply their expertise in the skilled nursing and long-term care communities and have a flexible schedule. Applicants must have 1-3 years minimum experience in pain management. Job tasks include, but are not limited to, providing specialized pain management and one on one care to residents with acute and chronic pain, appropriate evaluation of medication utilization and ongoing outcome tracking of pain intensity levels, narcotic utilization, mobility assessments and the resident's progress from admission to discharge of care.
