Registered Nurse

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality patient care across a variety of settings, including hospital, outpatient, urgent care, and post-acute environments. Candidates with experience in trauma centers, emergency medicine, infectious disease care, or specialized units such as PICU or Geriatrics are highly preferred. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and physiology evaluations Administer medications and injections following prescribed protocols Perform venipuncture and IV insertions with precision and care Document patient information accurately using EMR/EHR systems in compliance with HIPAA regulations Monitor patient status continuously and respond promptly to changes in condition Assist with medical procedures in various settings such as OR, ER, ICU, or outpatient clinics Maintain detailed medical records and ensure proper management of patient data Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication administration, and post-care instructions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations Skills Proven experience in hospital medicine, emergency room, trauma centers (Level I & II), or specialty units like PICU or Geriatrics Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation Excellent patient assessment skills and ability to recognize critical changes in patient condition Skilled in IV insertion, venipuncture, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments such as urgent care or outpatient clinics Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality and data security Experience working with diverse patient populations across inpatient, outpatient, sub-acute, or post-acute care settings Basic life support certification required; additional certifications related to trauma or specialty care are a plus This position is ideal for motivated nursing professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care while advancing their clinical skills across various healthcare environments.
