We are a homecare agency that focuses on medically fragile patients, and we are seeking an RN nursing supervisor in the Cockeysville area of Baltimore County.

Desired qualifications:

Current RN nursing license in good standing with the MBON Pediatric experience Strong interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Experience in homecare is preferred but not required The job description includes: Conduct yearly evaluations of medical personnel for skills, competence, and adherence to policy. Conduct monthly supervisory visits for a select group of clients to which you will be assigned. Some travel is required. Applicants must have reliable transportation. We will reimburse for mileage. Maintain a positive, working relationship and regular, effective communication with the associated guardians and care team. Develop plan of care, maintain doctors orders, and provide input regarding nurse assignments. Assist in the creation of case forms, policies, and procedures. Conduct interviews for potential new nurses
