Role:

As a Night Shift RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest quality care, 24/7. Our Night Shift RNs work together as a team to create a warm and welcoming environment, built on trust, respect, and compassion.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor patient's condition, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns Serve as a leader and role model, promoting a positive and respectful work environment Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to facility policies and regulations Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring high standards of patient care and satisfaction
