Job Requirements This role is considered the minimum role for all nurses who have greater than 12 months experience. Provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team. Eight-hour shifts with on-call requirement. 0700

  • 1930 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, demonstrating advanced clinical skills and a strong commitment to patient safety and well-being. This full-time position requires a professional who can work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training.
  • Floating between the Easton Memorial Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging Center in Easton, and the Cambridge Imaging Center required
  • Qualifications:
  • Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

99 Other Compensation (if applicable): Base rate, plus any evening or night differentials will apply. Work Experience Previous ICU experience is required.
