Job Requirements This role is considered the minimum role for all nurses who have greater than 12 months experience. Provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical specialty as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisciplinary patient care services team. Eight-hour shifts with on-call requirement. 0700- 1730 or 0900
- 1930 We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse II to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team promptly.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
- Floating between the Easton Memorial Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging Center in Easton, and the Cambridge Imaging Center required
Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse, preferably at Level II or equivalent.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
