Provides high quality, safe, patient centered care with focus on exceeding service expectations. Reports adverse events and near misses to appropriate management authority. Demonstrates the ability to function in the charge nurse role. Education & Experience 1. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing required. 2. Associate's degree required. BSN preferred. 3. 1 year of previous nursing experience. 4. American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required upon hire. 5. Must meet all unit-specific certification requirements (PALS, ACLS, NRP) 5. Flat Rate:

$40.50 - 56.99 Other Compensation (shift differentials if applicable): Base rate, plus any evening differentials will apply.
