Monday-Friday |Outpatient Compensation:
$150,000-$165,000+ depending on experience Are you an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner looking for an opportunity to take your oncology expertise into an innovative and growing area of cancer care? We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join a physician-founded, growing network of outpatient clinics focused on precision oncology, theranostics, and innovative cancer treatments. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP with a strong outpatient oncology background who wants meaningful patient relationships, close physician collaboration, and the opportunity to learn and grow in the rapidly expanding field of theranostics. Prior radiopharmaceutical or theranostics experience is NOT required. We are looking for a clinically strong oncology NP who is interested in learning this specialized area of cancer trea Monday-Friday outpatient schedule with predictable clinic hours No routine inpatient responsibilities Work closely with experienced Nuclear Medicine Physicians and physician founders Receive training in theranostics and radiopharmaceutical therapy Follow patients throughout their treatment journey Spend meaningful time with patients and their families Work with a specialized, collaborative clinical team Exposure to precision oncology and emerging cancer therapies Opportunity to help shape a growing clinical program as the organization expandQualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner credentials and Maryland licensure 5+ years of outpatient oncology NP experience Strong solid-tumor oncology experience Experience independently assessing and managing oncology patients Comfortable reviewing labs, imaging, treatment response, and treatment plans Experience managing treatment-related symptoms and toxicities Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills Excellent patient and family communication skills Comfortable collaborating closely with physicians Ability to regularly work between the Bethesda and Glen Burnie locations Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $150,000 to $165,000 Medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k planBenefits
