Initial Assessments:
Evaluates a new participant's physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs in the home.Care Planning:
Develops specific worker instructions and individualized service plans.Task Delegation:
Delegates authorized nursing or personal care tasks to aides and personal care assistants.Staff Supervision:
Instructs, assigns, and oversees support personnel to ensure proper execution of care.Ongoing Monitoring:
Conducts periodic supervisory visits to reassess the client, evaluate caregiver performance, and review safety in the home environment. Qualifications- One (1+) year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current RN license, specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work. Compact licensure welcomed.
- Current CPR certification.
- Physical and 2 Step PPD
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and liability insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
Pay:
$35.00 - $37.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you hold an active Maryland RN License or compact registered nurse license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing? Do you have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license? Do you hold a current CPR certification, or are you willing to obtain one before your start date? How far are you willing to travel to a client's home? Are you comfortable working one-on-one in a client's home rather than in a facility?
