Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate pediatric patients, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations
  
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions within scope of practice
  
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide follow-up care
  
• Review and manage laboratory, diagnostic testing, and imaging results
  
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
  
• Complete charts and coding/billing within established timeframes
  
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure comprehensive care
  
• Provide leadership and mentorship to clinical and administrative staff
  
• Participate in team and provider education meetings
  
• Maintain continuing education and licensure requirements
  

Qualifications:

• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• Active state license
• DEA and CDS registration can be obtained after hire and are not required at the time of application
• Primary care experience preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, high-volume environment
