PART TIME

w/a required schedule of Monday/Wednesday/Thursday. Start time between 7:30/8am, end time between 3:30-5, depending on the patient schedule Pay range: $32-36/hr, depending upon experience Responsibilities Provide excellent patient care, surgical and cosmetic services to clients. Share product knowledge and professional advice for services and products to achieve their goals Manage and perform client consultations both in person and on the phone for procedures and products Perform client service functions as necessary including problem resolution and act as a resource for internal and external clients/patients Maintain strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data. Comply with all company policies and procedures Perform clinic procedures according to policy and procedure. Educate clients on medication and effects Document patient information into the medical record Assist in the development and training of support staff to ensure proper support for the service providers Address client/patient concerns. Follow-up on client/patient problems, complaints and inquiries, with research to assure satisfactory completion Send/receive patient medical records in accordance with Health Insurance. Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other state and federal regulations Attend external events to promote and develop the cosmetic business within the clinic Other duties assigned as deemed necessary by management. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program. Active RN license 1-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing environment preferred.
