1 Description American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Behavioral Health position requiring psychiatric experience and MD or compact RN licensure. Details Behavioral Health unit caring for children, adolescent, and adult patients Must be open to working with all patient populations across the unit Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30) Every other weekend required May be asked to serve as charge nurse as needed Shift supervisor, CNO, and nurse manager onsite and available, with additional on-call support Uses Epic EMR Requirements Active RN license (Maryland or compact) currently in hand at time of consideration Current CPI training provided upon hire 1.5-2 years of recent Psychiatric/Behavioral Health experience required Strong preference for adolescent and child psychiatric experience; candidates without this must have at least 2 years of travel experience Additional Information Provide direct patient care within a behavioral health setting across varied age groups Interviews typically scheduled within 48 hours of consideration Local candidates will not be considered for this position
