Experience Proven experience in teaching or training adult learners within healthcare education, preferably in a university or technical college setting. Strong background as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), with current licensure and clinical experience. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design tailored for adult education audiences. Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms effectively while fostering an inclusive and motivating learning environment. Knowledge of learning technology tools used in educational settings to enhance teaching delivery and student engagement.
