Approximately 7-10 years nursing/leadership experience Demonstrated success leading people, operations and clinical improvement Ability to move between the day-to-day realities of hospital operations and bigger-picture strategy DNP and leadership/critical care certifications highly valued Experience in high acuity trauma center (I or II), tertiary, academic or similarly complex acute-care environment will help your success The role is based in a premier Mid-Atlantic healthcare hub known for its exceptional coastal quality of life and proximity to major East Coast metros .
