Job Description

Incredible Health seeks an experienced Emergency Department RN to deliver high-quality, fast-paced care in a demanding ED setting. You'll perform rapid triage, stabilization, and ongoing treatment for diverse adult and pediatric patients, managing cardiac, respiratory, trauma, and medical emergencies. Partner closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, leveraging EHRs, protocols, and evidence-based practice to improve outcomes, throughput, and patient experience. This mission-driven role supports hospitals nationwide, aligning with our focus on data-driven staffing, collaboration, and better patient care. Responsibilities Provide rapid assessment, triage, and evidence-based emergency nursing care for diverse adult and pediatric patients. Stabilize critical patients, administer medications, start IVs, and manage cardiac, respiratory, and trauma emergencies. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans in a fast-paced ED setting. Use EHR systems for accurate, timely documentation, orders, and communication across the care team. Educate and support patients and families during high-stress situations, ensuring clear, compassionate communication. Follow infection control, safety, and quality protocols; participate in process improvement and ED throughput initiatives. Precept newer nurses and contribute to a culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement.
