Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time Greer Family Practice | West Ocean City, Maryland Greer Family Practice, a unique Direct Primary Care family medicine practice, is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our team two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) . As a membership-based practice, we prioritize strong patient relationships, personalized care, and exceptional service. We are a small, close-knit office that values teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment. We are looking for a nurse who enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and collaborating closely with colleagues to provide outstanding care. Responsibilities Patient triage and clinical assessment Patient education and counseling Immunization administration Assisting providers with patient care and office procedures Care coordination and communication with specialists and community resources Accurate documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Managing patient messages, refill requests, and clinical follow-up Supporting practice operations and maintaining excellent patient experiences Qualifications Required Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Excellent computer and technology skills Strong proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) required Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a small team Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care Preferred Prior experience in Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine Experience with patient triage and immunization administration Knowledge of local physicians, specialists, and healthcare resources Strong organizational and multitasking abilities What We Offer Consistent schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday No weekends No evenings or nights No holidays Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families Work in a modern, relationship-focused Direct Primary Care practice If you are an RN who values personalized medicine, teamwork, and building lasting patient relationships, we would love to hear from you.
