If you have experience in surgery, perioperative nursing, the OR, PACU, or an ambulatory surgery setting and are looking for a part-time position, we'd love to connect with you. What You'll Do As a Surgical RN, you'll work alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the clinical team to provide safe, high-quality care to patients before, during, and/or after outpatient surgical procedures.

Responsibilities may include:

Preparing and assessing patients before surgical proceduresProviding perioperative nursing careMonitoring patients and recognizing changes in conditionAdministering medications and treatments as orderedSupporting safe surgical and recovery workflowsMaintaining infection-control and patient-safety standardsCompleting accurate and timely documentationProviding patient and caregiver educationCollaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical techs, and other clinical staffWhat We're Looking For Active Maryland RN license or Compact/Multi-State RN licenseCurrent BLS certificationACLS preferredPrevious OR, perioperative, PACU, surgical, or ambulatory surgery experience preferredStrong assessment and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication and teamworkAbility to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment

Pay & Schedule Starting Pay:
