ed Nurse ed Nurse Perioperative Forest Heights, MD Pay From $43 per hour
MUST:
Licensed as a ed Nurse in the state of Maryland 3+ years of experience as a registered Nurse Pre-Op experience Providing Post Op Care Starting and administering IV's Strong attention to detail and proactive Providing patient education Monitoring and assessing patients Discussing procedures Reviewing discharge instructions
BSN BLS and ACLS Certified DUTIES:
The Perioperative Nurse's duties include but are not limited to the following: Initiate and administer IV's Review upcoming procedures with patients Ready patients for procedures Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments Provide discharge instructions to patients Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Provide pre- and post-surgery care to patients Assist surgeons with treatments and surgical procedures Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
