Co-Occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Facility Overview:

Tranquility Woods is seeking a Full-Time or Part Time RN to join our medical team at our co-occurring inpatient substance use treatment facility. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, comprehensive medical care to clients during their recovery journey. This dual role combines nursing duties with light cleaning and sanitation responsibilities to promote a safe therapeutic hygienic environment for clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Monitor client through detox process and mental health stability, reporting any concerns to any providers onsite or via telephone Provide compassionate and direct nursing care including medication administration, vital signs monitoring and assessment of client health needs Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions Educate clients on health, wellness and medication compliance Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory compliance Conduct routine onsite testing including urinalysis for drug screening and others. Direct patient care including medical assessments and follow-ups. Identify patient needs requiring medical management outside of the scope of Facilities programs. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPPA and PHI guidelines. Perform light cleaning tasks in medication rooms and within any client care spaces to maintain hygiene and safety Disinfect high touch surfaces including kitchen counters, dinning room tables, living spaces, etc. Complete various logs and checklist as required for shift Other work as assigned by program administrators. Shift hours 10pm-8am four shifts a week day shift as needed Work setting:
