Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care to medical-surgical patients, including post-operative surgical patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes. Document patient information accurately using Cerner charting system.
