Registered Nurse Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients/residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitative care Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical treatments Direct and supervise care provided by other nursing personnel, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions and prioritize patient care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland Ability to work every other weekend Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence
