Job Description

Position Summary SIMTIMS Services LLC is currently seeking experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. As an RN, you will provide high-quality patient care while working in a variety of healthcare settings. We offer flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities to work with leading healthcare facilities throughout Maryland. Responsibilities Assess patients and document medical conditions Administer medications and treatments safely Monitor patient progress and report changes Develop and implement patient care plans Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams Maintain accurate medical records Educate patients and families Follow all HIPAA and facility policies Ensure patient safety and quality care Qualifications Valid RN license in good standing with current state certification. Proven experience working in diverse clinical environments such as ICU (Level I & II Trauma Center experience), emergency rooms, hospital medicine units, or outpatient clinics. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms for medical documentation. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and laboratory procedures. Experience administering complex treatments such as dialysis, ostomy care, gastric lavage, or dermal fillers is a plus. Critical care experience including ventilator management or neonatal ventilator support highly desirable. Ability to perform basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certifications preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages—including pediatrics and geriatrics—and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams. $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
