$17/hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate GNA to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics. As an GNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting with their daily needs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and documenting medical histories. Assist with procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Who You Are:
Passionate healthcare professional with at least 6 months of experience Active licensure in the state
