NURSING HOMES REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Job Summary The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of ten nursing homes within Maryland. This position ensures quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and effective leadership across all facilities. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of ten nursing homes. Ensure high-quality resident care and services. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Monitor financial and operational performance. Manage budgets and control expenses. Hire, develop, and support facility leadership. Work with Executive Directors and department leaders to improve performance. Conduct regular visits to nursing homes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices. Address operational challenges and provide guidance to facility teams. Communicate regularly with corporate leadership. Qualifications Regional Director of Operations experience. Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple facilities and priorities. Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.
Pay:
$210,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
