• Home Care (Sparks, MD) BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate and skilled RN (Registered Nurse) and LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) professionals to provide exceptional one-on-one home care for a client in Sparks, MD .

Schedule Day Shift:

7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM At least 2 days availability preferred, 3-4 days highly encouraged

Pay Rates LPN:

$37

• 39 per hour

RN:

$48

• 51 per hour Responsibilities The RN or LPN will provide skilled tracheostomy (trach) care and monitor the patient's respiratory status.

The RN or LPN will care for and monitor patients requiring ventilator (vent) support. The RN or LPN will accurately monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes in the patient's condition. The RN or LPN will assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care and mobility assistance. The RN or LPN will maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while communicating effectively with the care team and family members. The RN or LPN will provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety. Qualifications Active RN or LPN license in Maryland or a Multistate license. Previous experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care is strongly preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently in a home care setting. Current CPR certification preferred. At least 2 days availability preferred, 3-4 days highly preferred.
