Full Job Description Role:
Overnight Wellness Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional clinical care and support to residents in a senior living community. Complete assessments, administer medications, and respond promptly to emergencies. Coordinate with physicians, families, and care teams to develop and support individualized care plans. Monitor residents' conditions, document accurately, and guide caregivers for safe overnight care.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed nursing or relevant clinical certification. Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach. Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and communicate clearly with team members.
