Required Board Certified:

Required Minimum 3 years of experience Experience in Cardiovascular and/or Cardiothoracic Surgery accepted

Certifications:

ACLS, BLS

DEA and CSR License Required Availability:

Minimum of 3 days a week

Credentialing:
