Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1:1 Day Nurse to provide personalized nursing care for clients in the Upper Marlboro area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional patient assessment skills, and a passion for delivering tailored care in a home setting. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients with complex medical needs in their home environment. Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform clinical assessments with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document all patient interactions accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems while maintaining strict confidentiality. Recognize and respond promptly to acute changes in patient condition, providing appropriate interventions or triage as necessary. Educate clients and caregivers on medication administration, disease management, and safety protocols to promote optimal health outcomes. Requirements Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) with current certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS). Proven experience working as a nurse in settings such as home care, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital environments. Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Knowledge of infection control practices and long-term care regulations. Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent caregiver communication skills and professionalism. Pay:

$30.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
