This position focuses on post-operative floor patient care, consults, rounding, and discharge management for vascular surgery patients. The provider will also offer secondary support for post-operative thoracic surgery patients and ICU coverage, though this is not the primary service line. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled advanced practice provider with vascular, cardiovascular, or cardiothoracic surgery experience who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced hospital environment. Position Details Coverage need for one provider 3 4 shifts per week Minimum availability of 3 days per week required 10-hour shifts Schedule varies Monday Thursday and Friday Sunday Shift hours: 7:30 AM 5:30 PM No call responsibilities Provider will work independently/solo

Requirements Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Maryland license required Maryland DEA and Maryland Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required ACLS and BLS certifications required Minimum of 3 years of experience required Vascular Surgery experience preferred Will accept candidates with Cardiovascular and/or Cardiothoracic Surgery experience IMLC candidates will not be considered Additional Information No operating room responsibilities Travel reimbursement available for mileage using personal vehicle Drive-in candidates only
