Keep Care Moving in the Moments That Matter 🚑 Waldo County General Hospital | MaineHealth is seeking a Nursing Unit Secretary to join our Emergency Department team in Belfast, Maine. In this fast-paced role, you will provide essential clerical and administrative support to clinical staff while helping ensure patients receive timely, coordinated care. As a Nursing Unit Secretary, you will serve as a central point of communication for the department — assisting with patient flow, answering phones, coordinating information, entering orders, maintaining records, and supporting the care team in delivering exceptional patient experiences during urgent and emergent situations. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)Education:
High School diploma or GED preferred.License/Certifications:
Current BLS certification preferred or may be required based on location.Experience:
