• What You'll Do:

  Full Time 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available
• Base pay is $41.44
• $42.56 / Shift differentials up to $51.56 an hour
• As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans + Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed + Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information + Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed + Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery + Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care
