Schedule/Hours:
Travel contract assignment (specific schedule confirmed at interview)
Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Electrophysiology (EP) nursing Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong communication, diagnostic, and critical-thinking skills Proficiency with EP procedures, patient prep, monitoring, and recovery
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based patient care throughout the EP lab process, including pre- and post-procedure Monitor and assess vital signs during electrophysiology studies and ablations Collaborate with physicians and technical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and families regarding procedures and ongoing care needs Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes Maintain strict infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality standards
