Job Description

$10,000 Bonus Part time. 24 hrs/week. night shift. 7 pm - 7:30 am. Weekend and holidays per rotation.
Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with the policies, procedures, and protocols of [Your Healthcare Organization]. This role is vital in ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care, implementing and monitoring individualized patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions clearly and accurately. Serve as the primary coordinator for all disciplines involved in a patient's care to ensure a well-coordinated treatment plan. Follow and carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately. Assess and coordinate patients' discharge planning needs with the healthcare team to ensure safe transitions of care.
Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification. Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
